Applications under Processing
The Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023 (the Amended Ordinance) takes effect on 1.9.2023. Under the Amended Ordinance, there is no statutory provision for the public to make comments on s.12A applications if they are submitted on or after 1.9.2023.
