TPB Guidelines
The Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023 will take effect on 1.9.2023. Representers/further representers of the plans exhibited and applicants of the applications submitted on or after the said date should make reference to the relevant revised Town Planning Board Guidelines (here).
