The Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023 takes effect on 1.9.2023. Representers/commenters/further representers of the plans exhibited and applicants of the planning applications submitted before 1.9.2023 should make reference to the Town Planning Board Guidelines promulgated before the 1.9.2023 (please click here).
