Updated Town Planning Board Guidelines No. 13G on Application for Open Storage and Port Back-up Uses under Section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance (March 2024)
The “Plan 1a” of the Town Planning Board (TPB) Guidelines No. 13G on Application for Open Storage and Port Back-up Uses under Section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance promulgated by the TPB on 14 April 2023 is updated to reflect the New Development Area for San Tin Technopole upon gazettal of the draft San Tin Technopole Outline Zoning Plan No. S/STT/1 on 8 March 2024. The updated Guidelines take immediate effect.
