Revised Town Planning Board Guidelines No. 35D on Extension of Time for Commencement of Development (October 2022)
The Town Planning Board (TPB) on 7 October 2022 promulgated the revised Town Planning Board Guidelines No. 35D on Extension of Time for Commencement of Development which takes immediate effect. The revisions are mainly related to the interpretation of “commencement of development” for approved developments involving land transactions with the Government, approved developments not involving building plan submissions or land transaction with the Government, and approved comprehensive developments not under single ownership and involving different implementation phases.
